What about your prices?

Pricing of these units are based on custom requests and costs of hardware, moldings and cabinet details, door design, and use of glass, mirrors, lighting and any other hardware as requested by homeowner.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Diego County, California. However, other areas are available with special arrangements.

What about size and look in the room?  Will the unit be too large? 

Just the opposite! Usually, the built-in unit creates more useable space and organizes the room much more efficiently.

Who determines the layout and set-up of each unit?

I design the units myself.  Usually I’ve done hundreds of each of our most requested units.  Interior designers often choose the color and finish type of the final unit.

How do we start the new kitchen units?

You must first go shopping for your preferences in kitchen appliances; size, conveniences and budget are taken into consideration.

What will the unit add to the cost of my home?  Is it worth the investment?

The cost is well worth the investment.  It will always draw home buyers to see you have something special included in the package of their new home.  Its value is obviously more.  And you enjoy the benefits!

How does the process work?

  1. Call 714 726-5495 for a free in-home consultation, where we will look at your room and what you want to accomplish.
  2. Plans will be drawn to your specifications.
  3. At a final meeting we will go over all the details with you, and if you accept, you will pay a deposit. All plans are finished at this point and construction begins in our shop.
  4. You may later need to make an exact color choice.
  5. Delivery is scheduled - We leave you with no mess, and we are always on time.

What about color selection and finishes applied to projects?

  • We run custom color samples for each job from the wood we used to create your unit.  You get a more true color match with the original wood used.
  • We use stain grade finishes and color.
  • We use stain-grade and glazed finishes, two colors.
  • We use stain-grade and toner to create special effects to give each piece a unique look that blends in with your home’s décor.
  • Special finishes are available to match almost anything.

Note:  Most finishes are applied in our shop – in the finishing booth – and installed pre-finished. Some work must be installed unfinished, in which case, we finish the piece in the home, as per customer request. 

How do I take care of my furniture?

When you dust your furniture, use a good polish, like Pledge, and 2 rags, one to wipe after spraying and another to re-wipe the area taking out all the streaks and film that are often left behind. Your furniture will shine like never before and have that professional look.
